NOTE: Enabling and changing the root password will enabled authentication to access the Samba share used to upload files.
1. Navigate to Main Menu → System Settings → Security and enable Enforce Security (The default password should not change at this point)
2. SSH into the Batocera machine using these credentials: root/linux
3. Use the built-in utility to change the root password
batocera-config setRootPassword <your-password-here>4. Verify your changes were applied
batocera-config getRootPassword5. Reboot the system to activate your password change system wide
