Guide built with Server 2022.
In Server Manager, select Add roles and features.
Once at the Features tab, select SNMP Service.
Install SNMP, then open Services (services.msc) to manage the SNMP service.
Modify the SNMP configuration, then restart the service to apply the changes (Stop/Start).
Don't forget to modify the system firewall.
