Most user's will want to protect their personal information from those who skim info from whois and solicit BS web services.
If your registrar provides whois Privacy services, enable it - it's a simple fix. Note, some domains, such as .us, do not allow whois Privacy.
If you must make your whois info publicly visible, you may provide the form with “dummy” info. For example:
Registrant Name: REDACTED FOR PRIVACY
Registrant Organization: REDACTED FOR PRIVACY
Registrant Street: REDACTED FOR PRIVACY
Registrant City: REDACTED FOR PRIVACY
Registrant State/Province: CO
Registrant Postal Code: REDACTED FOR PRIVACY
Registrant Country: US
Registrant Phone: 7332283300
